What you will do:
- Have carriage of the organisation’s new Marketing and Communications Strategy
- Management of digital platforms and social and conventional media.
- Work with the Corporate Services Manager to ensure key communications are aligned with marketing objectives.
- Produce marketing content, both written and visual.
- Collaborate and provide support for the executive team, acting as a trusted advisor and providing input into strategic planning activities.
- Work with partners and stakeholders, and build new connections to further build the Pines Learning brand.
- Propose innovative approaches to marketing, communications and stakeholder management.
What you will bring:
- At least 5 years' experience in a marketing and communications coordinator role.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred.
- A strong track record in delivering on marketing strategy.
- Ability to produce and deliver engaging and compelling content and launch effective campaigns and events.
- Digital expertise, including producing and managing social media and website content.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Innovative approach to marketing and communications, with experience in brand-building.
- Values-driven approach and a genuine commitment to supporting a for-purpose business.
