Playgroup Victoria is a not-for-profit organisation that supports children and families to flourish through increased access to community and participation in playgroups.
Playgroup Victoria is looking for a dynamic and confident Programs Coordinator who will support the Programs and Social Impact Manager in delivering the Play Connect + and Play and Learn Support (PALS) playgroup programs. As well, this role will support the organisational Social Impact functions including Child Safety, the Reconciliation Action Plan and other programs including All Come Out to Play!
This is a part-time position 18.75 hours per week with an immediate start.
The PlayConnect + program is delivered by the State and Territory Playgroup Associations as part of a consortium led by Autism Queensland and funded by the Australian Government Department of Social Services.
PALS are all ability playgroups, delivering play-based activities that support cultural identity and include creative arts, sports, and recreation. PALS is supported by existing community service partnerships to deliver playgroup activities that bring children and families of all abilities together to connect, build awareness, and foster inclusive communities.
