Playgroup Victoria is a not for profit organisation that support children and families to flourish through increased access to community and participation in playgroups.

Playgroup Victoria is looking for a dynamic and confident Manager to join their management team.

The Programs and Social Impact Manager will lead the organisation’s advocacy to support families to access and participate in quality playgroup experiences. This includes working with Government to embed Playgroup and the support families with children with disabilities in the universal Early Childhood journey and experience for children and families. Success will see policy and early childhood structures that enable families with children with disabilities to participate fully in a universal community, facilitated and supported playgroups which contribute to positive development and social outcomes for all children.

Applicant must demonstrate an understanding of the role of playgroups in improving outcomes for children, families, and communities.

Have a high level of understanding of the issues impacting families with children with disabilities and experience in implementation and delivery of new programs.

This role, as a member of the organisation's management team, will lead and manage the development and delivery of inclusion programs.
