Keeping Families Safe (KFS) is a state-funded specialist AVITH (Adolescent Violence in the Home) program that focuses on stopping adolescent’s use of abusive behaviours within their family relationships as well as enhancing the safety needs of all family members. The program is able to provide support to parents, carers, and family members, alongside the young person, when adolescent violence in the home is occurring. You will be working closely with young people who are displaying violence in the home by using a family systems approach alongside individual support for family members. Your day will involve outreach and office based work, single person and family group meetings and lots of space for reflection.

*Please refer to the salary circular for Allied Health Professionals (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021 - 2026 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
