Key Responsibilities and Duties:

This role blends creative leadership, technical production, and one-on-one artist development. You will work closely with emerging artists to shape their sound, build confidence, and bring their stories to life through music and podcast releases.

• Collaborate with emerging artists to shape musical identity, write/arrange tracks, and refine their sound.
• Manage all stages of the production process:
  • Pre-production: Songwriting, rehearsal, concept development
  • Production: Studio recording, vocal/instrument tracking
  • Post-production: Editing, mixing, mastering
• Provide creative direction and performance coaching in a supportive, inclusive manner.
• Schedule and manage studio sessions and workflows across multiple artists.
• Mentor artists on developing a unique sound and authentic brand.
• Guide short- and long-term goal setting in line with industry practices.
• Support artists through the release process (visuals, artwork, promotion timelines).
• Stay updated with music trends, platforms, and production tools.
• Collaborate with Pathway Essentials staff to ensure participant wellbeing and engagement.
• Report all disclosures, incidents, or safety concerns to the Team Leader in line with Pathway Essentials' Disclosure and Incident Reporting Policy.
• Ensure interactions are trauma-informed and align with the organisation’s ethical and professional standards.
