Your New Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Project & Relationship Manager will lead a small team responsible for the execution and delivery of day-to-day operational activities for allocated Projects.

The focus of the role is to design, integrate and manage a number of projects across the campus with a focus on the Burawa National Indigenous Careers Centre at Tranby.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Lead and facilitate the planning and implementation of the assigned project deliverables
  • Manage the allocation of project resources to execute deliverables as required
  • Oversee and coordinate day to day activities in alignment with the project scope and deliverables
  • Working collaboratively with the project team to develop and maintain regular reporting
  • Relationship Management to continue to grow and develop partners
  • Work with internal stakeholder and communities to deliver on project milestones
  • Connecting with community on projects

About you

The successful candidate will possess the following key attributes and qualifications:

  • 10+ years experience working in a similar role
  • Extensive experience co-designing, implementing initiatives and programs with Indigenous people and communities
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership role with shared accountability for whole-of business/team success
  • Project Management experience
  • Demonstrated ability in relationship building, influencing and stakeholder management
  • Engaging, energetic and enthusiastic
  • Ability to think strategically, anticipate future consequences and trends and incorporate them into the project plan
