PRC now has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Officer to join the organisation on a part time basis (FTE 0.6-0.8). The role will support the HR Manager in administering all facets of the HR function and employee lifecycle including administration, talent acquisition, HRIS maintenance, reporting, various cyclical processes and HR projects.
Specifically, some of the key duties will include:
The successful applicant will have demonstrated human resources administrative experience and an understanding and familiarisation of HR principles and legislation. You will have a qualification in human resource management, or a related field and your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to develop effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organisation, as well as with external stakeholders.
Furthermore, your excellent attention to detail and time management skills will provide you with the ability undertake multiple tasks and deliverables. Additionally, you will need to be adaptable, solutions focused and possess an ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
