Are you willing and able to lead a team of enthusiastic caring staff, who provide enjoyable and meaningful support to people living with a disability.

Are you focused on leadership and service excellence?

Reporting to the Client Services Manager you will be a key member of our management team and will coordinate the provision of individual and shared services that meet customer’s needs and living independently in Numurkah & surrounds. You will develop and provide quality services, support plans / service agreements, monitor incident reports, liaise with parents/carers and coordinate rosters and lead a team of support workers.

Quality Assurance, Risk and Compliance

You will ensure compliance with Legislation, NDIS requirements and organisational policies & procedures. You will ensure all areas under your control comply with Workplace Health & Safety Regulations and put in place strategies to manage identified risks safely, by minimising or eliminating the risks.

Work Ethic

You will be a proven professional and leader with a kind and caring nature, a positive attitude and be a self-starter with a high level of initiative and enthusiasm. You will have strong interpersonal and written communication skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude.

What We Require:

  • Experience in managing people
  • Experience in the Disability Sector
  • Ability to manage complaints
  • Comfortable in managing any practice or performance issues
  • Academic degree in related field or Diploma in Disability or Community Services or related qualification
  • Level 2 First Aid
  • Working with Children Check
  • Full Driver's Licence
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
