ABOUT THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity for an experienced administration officer who thrives on variety to join our team is available. You will support the general manager of corporate services by providing general office administration, HR support, site maintenance coordination, and assisting with specific projects.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience of 2 years or more in administrative roles. (experience in recruitment processes would be desirable.)
- Experienced in performing a wide range of administrative tasks with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Excellent phone manner and effective people and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High proficiency skills and confidence in using Microsoft Office Suite and technology.
- Previous experience using client and employment systems (e.g., Employment Hero, Visual Care or similar) and intranet systems.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills with the ability to take instructions, manage tasks and deliver in appropriate and identified timelines.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and enthusiasm.
- Commitment to upholding confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive client and employee information.
