- Our Board provides independent insight, coupled with skills and knowledge, that aids in collective sound ideas, counsel and decision-making support to the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Leadership Team.
- The Board of Directors participate in advisory committees to the Board in the areas of Education, Risk & Finance, and People & Culture, dependent on their areas of expertise. Attendance of at least bi-monthly board meetings.
- Attending and contributing to bi-monthly Board meetings;
- Providing input and expertise to assist in the Board’s decision-making;
- Identifying and developing initiatives to add value to our community and the education sector;
- Participating in special purpose advisory committees;
- Reviewing all activities and performance of business management;
- Ensuring that business decisions reflect and align with the organisation’s Strategic Plan and values.

About You
- We are inviting professionals to apply from all disciplines who possess strong commercial verve, business acumen, human resources, finance, education, marketing, child protection, legal and/or governance experience.
- Candidates with a comprehensive understanding and personal experience of education are highly encouraged to apply.
About our Requirements
- Valid NSW Working With Children Check and current National Criminal Police Record Check prior to the commencement of employment.
- Child Protection Training, or willingness to obtain.
