Working alongside the marketing and carer recruitment team the role supports the implementation of the recruitment strategy and initiatives, and the end-to-end foster carer journey, from application assessment interviews through to face-to-face and/or online screenings and information sessions and assessment interviews and the ongoing training and development needs of carers.
