We are currently seeking passionate and motivated SafeCare® Educators to join our team and support families through the delivery of the internationally recognised SafeCare® evidence-based parenting program.

This rewarding role works directly with families with children aged birth to five years, providing practical, strengths-based support that builds parenting confidence, improves child safety, and strengthens family wellbeing.

About the Role

As a SafeCare® Educator, you will deliver structured home-based interventions using the SafeCare® modules:

  • Parent–Child Interaction
  • Child Health
  • Home Safety

Working alongside families in their homes and communities, you will support parents through coaching, modelling, skill-building, and encouragement to create positive and lasting change for children.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about evidence-based practice, child safety, and empowering families through respectful, culturally responsive engagement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Community Services, or related discipline recognised in Australia
  • Experience working with children, families, or vulnerable communities
  • Strong engagement, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, independently, and collaboratively
  • Commitment to culturally safe and strengths-based practice
  • Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check

What We Offer

  • SCHADS Level 5.1 $ 100,776.00 salary ( pro rata to 0.8 - 4 days ) + super
  • 12 months max term contract
  • Salary packaging 15,900 plus $2650 meals & entertainment
