As part of an established team, your primary focus will be the effective case management for children and young people aged 0-18 years in Kinship placements, and supporting them with their day-to-day challenges, build positive relationships and engage in activities to enhance resilience and self-esteem.
Your purpose is to improve outcomes and make a difference to the lives of children and young people through your actions and behaviours as you deliver services and support achievement of program goals and objectives,
There will be opportunities to grow your skills and experience, and provided support, supervision, and development to set you up for success.
Key activities will include linking with community-based services, support of carers, promoting positive relationships, engaging, listening, and supporting children and young people, and ensuring timely, accurate completion of case notes and associated documentation and reporting.
