For more than 30 years OzChild has been providing foster and kinship care support within the City of Greater Dandenong, supporting 200 foster care households throughout Victoria’s Southern Region and many hundreds of kinship children and families each year.
As a Case Manager in our foster care team you will work from a bright modern office space (when we finally return)! Your role will be the effective case management of foster care placements delivering on the permanency objective to provide safe stable care for clients.
The purpose of the position is to improve outcomes for children and young people by delivering services and program outcomes through the support, supervision, and development of clients in the Foster Care program.
Working as part of a large team OzChild are looking for someone who wants to produce better outcomes for foster children and carers, supporting improvement in processes and achievement of client and carer outcomes.
