Treatment Foster Care Oregon (TFCO) is an evidence-based program providing an alternative to residential care supporting reunification outcomes for children and young people aged 7-11.
As OzChild Case Coordinator you work alongside and in collaboration with the Treatment Foster Care Oregon team under the guidance and support of a program supervisor. Your role as part of that team is to improve outcomes for young people by providing case support and coordination to ensure that the children in the TFCO program receive effective services and that outcomes are measured, recorded, and inform quality improvement.
