About the role
RWAV is seeking a Workforce Manager to lead the delivery of our Outreach and Sustainability programs, and respective teams.
Management of program delivery will involve ensuring performance and compliance in accordance with RWAV's contracts, KPI's, government policy and legislation.
What's required?
- Effectively lead and manage the operation and development of the structures, systems and people of the workforce sustainability and outreach program areas.
- Portray a strong commitment to maintaining, improving and developing the quality of both programs.
- Lead and coordinate the review, design and successful implementation of improvements and expansion of program systems and processes.
- Ensure the effective and efficient financial management of programs within budget.
- Ensure the delivery of identified service and business plan goals and objectives.

Skills and experience required:
- Relevant degree qualification in business, human resources or a related field;
- Experienced in all aspects of program management including: development, implementation, evaluation and report writing skills;
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team;
- Experienced in the implementation and monitoring of contractual requirements, preparation of reports and related budget management;
- Experienced in stakeholder engagement, resulting in high quality partnerships and relationships;
- Highly organised, coupled with the ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively;
- A holder of a current valid driver's license with the ability to travel to regional and rural parts of Victoria.
Highly desirable
- An understanding of health organisations and services and related issues in rural and regional Victoria;
- Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in primary health care and/or management of primary health care programs;
- Experience in supporting students and/or student activities;
- Knowledge of GP education and training sector/systems and requirements
- Previous experience in health care for rural regional and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across Victoria
