This exciting new position will lead the coordination of program support for training and capacity building primary prevention activities to prevent violence against women. The Senior Program Support Officer will work with the Program Supports Officers to support and enable effective, streamlined and efficient delivery. You will lead on developing and documenting processes, systems and workflows and support directorate staff to use these.
You will report to the Manager Prevention Quality, Support and Reach and ensure the coordination of the program support work and program support officers. You will assist with the establishment, implementation and automation of systems and processes as directed.
This role will provide lead on the coordination of the facilitator panel.
You will have experience in leading teams and establishing and setting up systems and processes to support program delivery, including but not limited to scheduling (events and personnel), administrative process and systems, resource allocation, creating processes (automated where possible) to implement policies and protocols, enquiry administration and event management.
This position will work collaboratively with PIA colleagues. You will have excellent communication skills across all levels of stakeholders internally and externally and develop and nurture effective relationships across the organisation to support continuous improvement of key organisational and directorate approaches.
Demonstrated experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Office 365, Power Automate, Asana and Smartsheet will be advantageous.
You will also have a passion and interest in gender equality and the prevention of violence against women.
