Reporting to the Manager of People and Culture, this new People and Culture Advisor role will have end-to-end responsibility for transactional HR functions and will contribute to progressing various strategic HR initiatives internally. This role will suit an experienced operational HR expert who enjoys the variety of project administration. Some areas of focus for this role will be:
You will have demonstrated experience working across various areas of HR and you enjoy working in an ambitious environment that requires you to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. You’ll be systematic and tech savvy. You’re known for your exceptional level of detail and strong communication skills. Being successful in this role will rely on your ability to adapt and utilise the endless opportunities that exist in an organisation post a significant growth phase.
