Our Watch is a national leader of primary prevention of violence against women and their children. Our vision is an Australia where women and their children live free from all forms of violence. Our role is to stop violence before it starts. We work to embed gender equality and prevent violence where Australians live, learn, work and socialise.

About the role

• The Executive Assistant provides a range of executive support and administrative services to facilitate the delivery of Our Watch operations and support Senior Executives to work as efficiently as possible.
• Primarily you will be supporting two executives who have responsibility of our corporate services functions which include People & Culture, Finance, Quality Risk & Compliance, IT, Legal, Procurement and Corporate Planning.
• Requiring a high level of administrative and operational support, the role is responsible for a wide range of complex and confidential reporting, analytical, and governance functions while providing a high level of specialist support.
• We are seeking someone to work 25-30hrs per week and are open to that being worked over 4 or 5 days (potential for school hours).

About you

• We are looking for an experienced executive assistant with exceptional organisational skills. You will be able to proactively pre-empt administrative needs, apply sound judgement, and work in tandem with the Executives that you support.
• Your previous roles should have included exposure to a corporate services function. Any exposure to Finance & Risk Committees would be highly regarded.
• In addition to being highly organised, you will have excellent attention to detail and be a natural at developing and maintaining relationships with the Our Watch staff and key stakeholders.
• You will have a sound working knowledge of administration processes, relevant business protocols, policies, procedures and their application, as well as advanced computer operation skills.
