There are two Executive Assistant and Directorate Coordinator positions available supporting the following teams:
The roles provide high-level executive support to either the Government Relations Policy & Evidence or our Prevention in Action Director. You’ll play a key role in enabling the Director and leadership team to operate effectively, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the directorate.
As part of the Our Watch Executive Assistant team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues to provide coordinated support across the organisation. This includes participating in a rostered, in-person office presence in Melbourne and stepping in to support the broader EA team as needed, including providing leave coverage.
You will be responsible for planning, prioritising and managing a broad range of administrative and operational tasks, helping to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and support the delivery of key directorate projects.
You are a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, confidently managing competing priorities and complex diaries. You bring strong attention to detail, ensuring action items, deadlines, and documentation are accurately tracked and maintained.
A collaborative team player, you support senior leaders with meetings, travel, and day-to-day coordination, while working flexibly across teams when needed. You’re reliable, adaptable, and take pride in delivering seamless, high-quality support that enables leaders to perform at their best.
Experience in Asana, Board Effect, and a not-for-profit and/or government environment is preferable.
