Managed Services Specialist

Our Community
  • Join the team that provides Australia's best-loved government grants administration system.
  • Generous conditions of employment plus 12% superannuation.
  • A new opportunity in 2022 with a progressive and innovative social enterprise!

We’re looking for a Specialist to join the Managed Services team to work on internal and client-facing projects for SmartyGrants – Australia and New Zealand’s favourite grant management system.

You will have a rare opportunity to create solutions for a wide range of our clients from all levels of government, philanthropic, corporate and not for profit sectors. Your work will help grantmakers understand their programs and their impact, and ensure more money gets to where it is needed most.

You are a systems-thinker with experience or an interest in grantmaking. You know how to develop and maintain good relationships with clients or customers, juggle tasks and deadlines, and ask questions when needed. You will be given latitude to explore and resolve problems and suggest solutions.

You’ll get the opportunity to work in an ethical company with all the excitement and agility of a start-up without the headaches. We’re built on solid foundations, we’re sustainable and successful – but we’ve only just begun. We’re not interested in just keeping things ticking along. We’re builders and we’re on a mission.

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to analyse and solve problems.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • A self-starter, that can work with limited supervision.
  • High degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Have a can-do attitude and enjoy interacting with a broad range of stakeholders, customers or clients.
  • Be somewhat of a data/systems nerd, who likes to dive in and ‘play’ with new software or technology.
