About the job

The Service Implementation and Quality Improvement Facilitator will support Primary Health Networks (PHNs) and their commissioned services with the continuous improvement of ‘Youth Enhanced Services’ by leading implementation, quality improvement and capacity building projects in the ‘Implementation Lab’ and supporting the delivery of other activities delivered by the team.

Reporting to the Team Lead – Service Implementation and Quality Improvement, you will:

  • Support PHNs and youth mental health services through tailored quality improvement and implementation strategies.
  • Design and facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and Communities of Practice to drive service improvement.
  • Collect, analyse, and use data to inform decisions, prioritise improvements, and develop practical workplans.
  • Coordinate project activities, manage timelines, and ensure delivery of high-quality reports and outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with national stakeholders, including PHNs, service providers, and lived experience representatives.

Skills and experience

The following criteria must be met for consideration for this position:

  • Qualifications in relevant health or social care discipline and proven experience delivering implementation or quality improvement initiatives, with strong facilitation and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder engagement abilities, with confidence leading workshops and meetings online or in person.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team, with solid tech skills and a willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to work flexibly across multiple projects and adapt to changing circumstances, demonstrating resilience and problem-solving capabilities.
