The Project Manager will lead the execution of an array of exciting projects focused on the implementation of Orygen Digital’s MOST platform within youth mental health services. In this role, you will be responsible for the careful management of project budget and timelines, project reporting along with identifying and addressing key project risks and issues.

Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Operations, Orygen Digital you will:

  • Ensure that Orygen Digital MOST projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility.
  • Track progress of strategic initiatives, highlight challenges in successful delivery and explore and recommend potential solutions.
  • Work to connect Orygen Digital team members to foster collaboration and a strong team culture.

What you’ll need

You are passionate, energetic and determined to make a difference to health and wellbeing outcomes for young people. The following criteria must be met for consideration for this position:

  • Tertiary level qualifications in fields such as business management, public health, allied health, health economics or other relevant field.
  • Demonstrated experience in Project Management at a senior level.
  • Highly developed organisational and project management skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively establish and maintain effective relationships and liaise collaboratively.

What you’ll get in return

  • Salary between $125,000 - $135,000 pro rata commensurate with skills and experience + 11% super + NFP salary packaging up to $15,900.
