The ORS Speech Pathology team is expanding and we are seeking our next clinician to join us! You will join a national team of 50+ Speech Pathologists in our NDIS division providing clinical services to participants aged 0-65. You will work across early intervention, school age, adolescent and adult services with clients who have various presentations, diagnoses and disability types.
You will work with an amazing group of clients with varying complexity, communication and swallowing needs, over a period of months or even years. You will play an integral part in your client’s personal growth and development, working together to meet their goals. You will form a close bond with your clients and celebrate their achievements together, every step of the way.

You will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth and ORS offices.

If you have recently graduated, or are within your first 12 months of experience, you will be eligible to participate in ORS’ six month tailored new graduate program.
