One Day Studios is a social enterprise digital creative studio based in Warrnambool.

Our mission is to provide education and employment pathway opportunities to our region's young people aged 10-25 via digital arts media, such as animation and film.

About One Day Studios 

The studio was founded in 2020 by Richard Pritchard, Dave McIntyre, and Gareth Colliton. The aim was to create a welcoming, safe space that enabled access to digital tools, skills and networks. We aimed to break down some of the barriers that make it challenging for students in mainstream education, and for those who identify as being neuro-divergent or differently abled. 

We are a social enterprise in the historical Fletcher Jones Factory in Warrnambool. Our students aren't able to access the tools and knowledge for their future careers through traditional schooling, putting them at greater risk for their futures. Our focus to build capacity for these students, catching them before they fall through the gaps in the system.

Our vision is to build a thriving centre for creative technologies, innovation and collaboration. One Day Studios will be at the heart of a network of Schools, businesses, not for profits and Government organisations that work together to provide greater opportunities for our youth.

About the role

One Day Studios is looking for a part time employee (0.5 FTE) who will lead and guide the business through its next stage:

• analysing and positioning the business in collaboration with the committee,
• commercial project oversight,
• pursuit of funding through various channels,
• telling our story through marketing, partnership and networking activities.

Salary range is $80,000 to $110,000 pro rata and hours are flexible.
