Due to growth in our Disability Accommodation Services team, ONCALL is seeking an experienced SLO Coordinator. As our SLO Coordinator, you will be a key contributor to our Accommodation Services team and will manage a cluster of SIL Properties. You will provide comprehensive support to ONCALL staff and to people with a range of disabilities, as well as being supported yourself by teams of behaviour and support professionals in ONCALL’s Head Office in Surrey Hills.
This role will have oversight of 2 brand-new High Physical Support apartments in Maribyrnong and Williams Landing. Responsibility includes managing Concierge supports (otherwise known as Shared Onsite Support) across the 2 apartment buildings, as well as individual supports for those tenants that require it. You will be involved in designing and setting up how supports will work, setting up of the Onsite Overnight Assistance (OOA) Apartments and development for the staff team.
