8-month contract role with the potential for permanency!
Commencing early September and reporting to the National Quality and Safeguarding Manager, the role of Quality Coordinator will ensure ONCALL SACARE’S NDIS accreditation is maintained and that we comply with all current and future standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits according to schedule and provide reports to relevant units and services.
- Provide accurate feedback, and timely written reports.
- Compile action plan reports on non-conformities or continuous improvement opportunities resulting from internal audits.
- Assist in the review and development of company policies, procedures and work instructions.
What you will bring:
- Ability to engage positively with people from a diverse range of abilities, cultures and backgrounds.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
- Experience in writing, developing and reviewing company policies and procedures in line with legislative requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to uphold ethical and confidential information.
- Proven experience in a similar role that has incorporated audit, quality, and compliance development.
- Demonstrated flexibility to respond and adjust easily to change in work demands and circumstances.
- Proactive and resourceful mindset with a ‘nothing too hard’ attitude.
