Reporting to the Financial Controller, as the National Finance Operations Manager you will play a pivotal role in overseeing aspects of our finance operations with a specific focus on:

• Providing supervisory support for AP/AR officers within the team and ensuring the performance of the overall team meets expectations.
• Preparing weekly payment proposals, ensuring proper authorisation and precision.
• Cash Flow Management including:
  • Implementing effective debt collection strategies.
  • Processing Vendor payment runs.
  • Managing banking administration and relationships.
• Liaising with suppliers on queries and periodic review of supplier master files.
• Enhancing processing efficiency.

This is a hands-on role, that will see you both support direct reports and lead key finance processes. Commercial acumen is a must, so if you meet our criteria of skills and experience, apply today.

Your Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated overall understanding of accounting principles including cash flow management.
• Highly developed problem-solving skills with ability to actively contribute to system and process improvement initiatives.
• Being up to date with internal control procedures and concepts.
• Proven ability to prioritise tasks and establish efficient work processes with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work within tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high attention to detail.
