The AOD Clinician Care & Recovery Co-ordination Intensive Support, & Group Facilitator is responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, person-centred planning, care, and recovery coordination outreach support, Facilitating Group Programs and providing a range of counselling interventions, including comprehensive harm reduction interventions, complex case management and linkages with other services.

OV requires staff in clinical positions to have the following competencies (or their equivalent). Where people do not already have these competencies, OV will invest in the staff’s professional development by providing them through our registered training organisation (RTO).
