Board Directors (Voluntary)

Abound Communities

Following a year of significant change and development, Abound Communities is seeking exceptional Board Directors to join us at an exciting point in our development. This is your opportunity to:

  • Shape Abound Communities’ next Strategic Plan (current plan concludes June 2027)
  • Govern an organisation delivering life-changing outcomes for vulnerable Victorians

Who are we?

We advocate and provide affordable, safe and dignified independent homes for older Victorians within a village environment, and offer appropriate and practicable extended care, including residential aged care, when it is required.

Aged care is currently going through significant change. We are looking to strengthen the diversity of skills, knowledge and experience on our board. Our Values are Respect, Community, Kindness, and Integrity.
