The New South Wales Nurses and Midwives’ Association (NSWNMA) in association with the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation New South Wales Branch (ANMF NSW Branch) seeks a Digital Content Producer to join our Campaigns and Communications team on a permanent full-time basis.
You will be working for a highly respected association and one of the strongest and largest unions nationally. We have a successful track record of being a strong advocate for our members which is evident by our year-on-year membership growth.
About the role:
The primary purpose of the Digital Content Producer role is to create content for digital platforms, monitor website performance, implement SEO best practices, and provide creative input, including advice on design and layout as required.
This role will draw on your ability to:
- Create digital content, including more complex asset production (video, motion graphics).
- Maintain websites and monitor performance using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Hubspot) and apply insights to strengthen impact.
- Develop, test and evaluate new methods of engaging members and generating digital leads in consultation with the Digital Campaigns and Communications Officer and Marketing and Events Officer.
- Implement best practices for SEO to optimise performance.
- Support team members in the development of campaigns, member engagement, and the achievement of team goals and targets.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in video production, graphic design, photography and digital content creation.
- Maintain the Association’s tone of voice and digital brand.
- Manage and organise digital asset libraries
- Use evidence, data and research to improve content and optimise the user experience
To be considered for this position you require:
Essential:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital content creation and hands-on experience in video production, graphic design, and photography.
- Experience in photography, videography, digital production, and editing.
- Solid understanding of website tools (Wordpress or similar) and CMS / CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, competing priorities, troubleshoot and provide consistent support and campaign delivery, to short deadlines.
- Ability to support a high performing team, to ensure the realisation of operational and strategic goals.
- Proficiency with SEO principles and digital analytics.
Relevant tertiary education:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital content creation and hands-on experience in video production, graphic design, and photography.
Desirable:
- Demonstrated ability in user experience (UX) enhancements.
- Ability to speak, read and write in another language.
