Location: North Richmond Community Health
Employment Type: Ongoing, Part Time (30.4 hours per week).
Program: Allied Health – Child Health and Development Team
This leadership role sits within our Allied Health Department and supports the day-to-day operations of our Child Health and Development (CHAD) team, which provides developmental support to children and families through both Community Health and NDIS funding.
You’ll work alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team of paediatric speech pathologists, occupational therapists and dietitians, while also maintaining a clinical caseload in your discipline. Your leadership will ensure our services remain evidence-based, responsive to community needs, and aligned with our mission to make a difference in the early years of children’s lives.

You’re a skilled allied health clinician with demonstrated experience in paediatrics, and you’re ready to take the next step in your leadership journey—or already thriving in a similar role. You’re collaborative, values-driven, and committed to continuous improvement in service delivery.
You're confident juggling team coordination, supervision, and program development, with a solid understanding of Community Health and NDIS services. You’re passionate about supporting a team to grow, thrive and deliver care that is holistic, culturally safe and community-led.
