The Allied Health Assistant works collaboratively with the CHSP Team Leader, the clinicians across our Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) “Healthy Aging Hub” and CHAD Child Health and Development Teams and the Intake team.
The Allied Health Assistant position works within an interdisciplinary framework to provide prevention, early identification and intervention, lifestyle interventions, assessment and treatment for services such as CHSP team, Dieticians, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Podiatry and the CHAD Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Dietician.
The Allied Health Assistant will provide support to clinicians for individual and groups services for clients and undertake administrative tasks which facilitate good client care.
