Are you ready for an incredible opportunity to spearhead a dynamic team of specialist Domestic and Family Violence (DFV) professionals in Mount Isa? This role isn't just a job; it's a chance to make a lasting impact on the lives of those in our community.
As the visionary Team Leader, you will be at the forefront of coordinating a range of crucial services, including crisis support, advocacy, counselling, court support, and men's behaviour change programs. Your leadership will be the driving force behind the delivery of these services in the Mount Isa region, ensuring they uphold the organisation’s contemporary practice frameworks and policies.
Embrace the challenge of meeting regulatory, legislative, and contractual obligations with contemporary and efficient support to our clients. This isn't your average leadership role – you will be the leader of a team, providing guidance and support to achieve organisational objectives.

Represent our organisation with pride and professionalism, both within the service system and throughout the community, fostering a place-based integrated response to support victim survivors.
