We are seeking an experienced Human Resources management professional who would enjoy working with an organisation focused on creating positive impact on the health and futures of communities globally.
The Human Resources Manager oversees Nossal Institute Limited’s Human Resources (HR) function and works closely with HR colleagues in the University of Melbourne. This position will champion the Institute’s values-driven culture, fostering a supportive and contemporary experience for our workforce, while ensuring it is in accordance with governance and legislative requirements.
The role provides operational HR support at a more experienced level, providing advice to and coaching managers, while also developing and leading HR projects and initiatives.
The role is part time at 3 days a week at 0.60 FTE.
The successful candidate will have experience in a human resources management position with a proactive approach to work and enjoys working in an environment where taking initiative is encouraged to identify opportunities for improved efficiencies, innovations, or enhancements.
