You will be part of the Health System Integration (HSI) team, working to strengthen primary care through strategic initiatives and collaborative engagement. You will lead a high - performing team, nurturing key internal and external stakeholder relationships and shaping transformative improvements within primary care in Victoria.
The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking leader with proven expertise in people management, capable of driving strategic quality improvements in primary care and leading initiatives that build capability across teams and services.
We are North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network (NWMPHN) - Victoria's largest independent, locally governed and run, not-for-profit PHN, dedicated to improving primary health care in Melbourne's northern, western suburbs and inner-city areas. We help people stay well by commissioning health services to deliver better and more accessible primary care.

You will lead a highly engaged team working to improve primary care and delivering improvements in the General Practices across Victoria. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the design and delivery of all activities relating to implementation of quality improvement projects. You will be integral in ensuring primary health care providers are engaged in a manner reflecting the NWMPHN Primary Care Engagement Strategy, NWMPHN Primary Health Care Stakeholder Engagement Framework, and Primary Health Care Leadership Framework. You will also lead the development and delivery of stakeholder engagement processes and capacity building initiatives, such as workshops, forums and meetings.
