We are looking for someone passionate and ready to roll up their sleeves. The Program Director will be responsible for delivering The No Lights No Lycra Student Ambassador Program, a free student-led dance program in secondary schools within metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.

About No Lights No Lycra Education

No Lights No Lycra (NLNL) Education is a new Not for Profit company extended from No Lights No Lycra PTY LTD which has been running for over 12 years. The new education program is designed to connect young people through music and dance within a safe, inclusive, and non-judgemental space. Students have the opportunity to dance like no one’s watching, feel like they belong to a safe and welcoming community, and explore the joy of music and movement. Duties and Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain partnerships with key schools
• Support schools and Student Ambassadors with online training and program delivery
• Monthly check in with new NLNL Student Ambassadors
• Establish and manage the Student Ambassador online forum engagement
• Assist in the design and delivery of online program resource updates
• Manage program budgets and schedules from concept to delivery
• Maintain accurate files and archive records and documents
• Development of child safety policy
• Deliver regular project reports to CEO and board members
• Work with the marketing manager to design and deliver an evaluation process including impact data collection from teachers and students

Skills and Experience

• Passion for movement and music and some knowledge of No Lights No Lycra
• Understanding and experience in education
• Experience working with young people
• Strong administration skills
• Experience in Xero is preferred, not essential
• Experience of project management planning and delivery
