Ninti is seeking an Project Manager to join our dedicated team in Alice Springs. This dynamic role combines office coordination with project and training logistics, offering variety, responsibility, and purpose.

About the Role

As the Project/Office Manager, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring the smooth operation of our Alice Springs office, while also managing the logistics behind our community-based training projects. You'll coordinate internal systems, support stakeholder engagement, and take care of everything from booking travel to managing our vehicle fleet.

About You

You’re a confident organiser with a problem-solving mindset and excellent attention to detail. You’re comfortable managing multiple tasks and enjoy being the backbone of an efficient, people-focused organisation.

You’ll bring:

  • Strong administrative, logistical and project coordination skills
  • A proactive, flexible attitude and commitment to ethical work practices
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Experience using digital systems for scheduling, learning management, and finance
  • An understanding or willingness to learn about working respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations and communities
