The Opportunity

Domestic Support Assistants will be responsible for ensuring that our client’s homes are kept in a clean, hygienic and homely condition according to the individual needs and wishes and in accordance with healthAbility standards.

Skills & Experience - we are looking for people who…

• Are passionate, caring and committed to supporting people in their own home to maximise their quality of life
• Are able to work independently in the community
• Are flexible in adapting to changing client needs and workplace circumstances
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have a current driver’s license
• Can complete documentation of tasks on a smartphone
• Are eligible to work in Australia & can pass a Federal Police Check
• Comply with OH&S instructions and healthAbility’s policies & procedures
