We are currently seeking experienced, dedicated Lifestyle Support Workers, to actively support the individual needs of customers by providing high quality, responsive and flexible support.

Ideally, we are looking for candidates from all Brisbane locations especially Ipswich, Logan, Wynnum, Redlands and Bayside areas.

THE ROLE

The role of Lifestyle Support Workers is to support people in both the community and in their homes to continue to live safely and independently. This part-time role includes (but not limited to) providing services such as community access, personal care, hoisting, domestic assistance, meal preparation, medication prompting and social support.

The right person for the role will have:

• Completed Cert III Qualification or higher in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support or similar
• Experience working with people with disability and/or older people, and managing special behaviour needs
• Experience with hoisting
• Driver's license and car, and willingness to travel within the community
• Current First Aid, CPR and Manual Handling certificates - or willing to obtain
• Current Blue Card, Yellow Card Exemption and police check - or willing to obtain

Our customers' high demand times are anywhere between the hours of 6am-9am and 3pm to 8pm. Weekend and public holidays availability will be required.
