Reporting to the general manager, operations and working as part of a dynamic senior management team, you will be required to oversee and further develop operations in the East Melbourne region. This region is very much in the growth phase and as such will benefit from an individual that not only offers senior management expertise, but that is also motivated by the opportunity to apply their entrepreneurial mind to drive new business within the region.
This will include maximising current partnerships and relationships whilst identifying new opportunities within relevant bodies in the community to expand the client portfolio and services. Specifically you will also:
You are a seasoned business development professional with an ability to work collaboratively with leadership and senior management experience. Your creativity and business acumen will support your ability to identify and grow quality and reciprocal partnerships.
A knowledge of service delivery within health, disability, mental health or related industries and experienced understanding of the NDIS would be advantageous, including a lived experience but not essential. Offering a well-developed network within the industry, you’re able to identify, research and recommend programs, services and client groups. You have an adaptable style that enables you to feel comfortable working in complex human environments. Degree qualifications within behavioural sciences or a health-related discipline is required.
