Reporting to the Senior Philanthropy Executive, you will manage a portfolio of up to 100 major donors and prospects in NSW and ACT, with the goal to increase this by 25% within 12 months. Working within a high-performing major gifts team, you’ll be responsible for securing gifts of $10,000+ to fund Bush Heritage’s conservation work.
You will collaborate closely with senior leaders and board members, lead tailored stewardship strategies, and facilitate donor engagement events and meetings.
Key responsibilities include:
You have experience in major gift fundraising or high-value relationship management, with a history of building rapport and securing income from individuals or philanthropic organisations. You’re an excellent communicator, comfortable presenting to diverse stakeholders including donors, board members and executives.
