The Role

Reporting into the CEO, this role plays a pivotal part in the day-to-day operations of TFP supporting the important work of the wider team, identifying business needs to inform the development of the operational plan.
Responsibilities will include -

  • Managing the workflow for the organisation and implementing the Operational Plan
  • Risk assessment and management
  • HR Policy review and improvement; on-boarding & off-boarding activities
  • Managing the financial processes and liaising with the accountants
  • Managing ongoing COVID safe working arrangements
  • Ensuring reporting and compliance obligations are met

The Practice Manager is a key role ensuring the organisation is effective, efficient and delivering impact.

Skills Required

You will have demonstrated experience in a similar related operations or executive assistance position where you have been the go to person for problem solving and achieving outcomes that support organisational goals.

Importantly you can demonstrate:

  • Experience in managing the operations of a small to medium organisation
  • People and relationship-building skills and high level communication ability
  • Financial literacy, including the ability to manage basic financial processes
  • An ability to ‘juggle priorities’ in a project orientated environment
  • Outstanding organisational skills.
