Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, this role is a key leadership position within the engagement team. You’ll lead a dynamic team responsible for developing and delivering marketing and fundraising strategies that grow Bush Heritage’s supporter base and revenue.
This hands-on role oversees marketing planning, execution, and performance across channels, ensuring brand alignment and data-informed decision making. You’ll directly lead, mentor, inspire and manage the Digital Marketing Officer, Regular Giving Coordinator, and Individual Giving Coordinator and you will also:
You’re a strategic, insights-driven marketing or fundraising professional who brings a collaborative, hands-on approach to leadership. You are driven to lead high-impact, purpose-driven campaigns that expand brand reach and donor support.
With strong knowledge across digital, content, and direct marketing, you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can apply your project management skills and creativity to engage supporters and meet revenue targets. Your ability to think analytically and communicate clearly ensures your team stays aligned, motivated and focused on delivering results.
