The Organisation

Skin Cancer College Australasia (SCCA) provides general practitioners, skin cancer doctors and nurses with direct access to the latest knowledge and practical skills to improve the identification and treatment of skin cancer.

SCCA is an independent, not-for-profit organisation, and is the peak body representing and supporting primary care skin cancer practitioners in both Australia and New Zealand. The organisation is committed to the professional development of its members and the delivery of skin cancer education, advocacy, research and standards.

The Role

Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, the role provides administrative support for key SCCA functions across the education, member services and business operations teams to optimise efficient, timely, and high-quality service delivery for members, customers, and stakeholders.

You will thrive building relationships and working in a ‘support’ role for multiple internal teams, enjoy a variety of tasks including travel bookings, general office organisation, liaising with IT and building managers, and coordinating communications on behalf of the CEO.

Skills required

You have experience supporting business operations within a NFP or corporate services delivery environment. Additionally, you bring:

  • High level administration skills and attention to detail
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to provide support and maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and rapport building skills
