Ngala are seeking a experienced Diploma qualified Educator who wants to progress their career within Ngala. As a Room Leader, you will be part of something bigger and more meaningful. Offering a family-friendly and supportive environment, and working within a purpose-built facility, you will be supported by a Centre Coordinator, Assistant Coordinator and a great team.
As the Room Leader, you will work alongside a team of Early Childhood Educators to deliver child focused care to children 0-6 years of age and ensure Educators adhere to all policies and procedures and support their development by providing supervision, mentoring, and leading by example. In addition, you will contribute to the development of the Early Childhood Curriculum and plan and implement accordingly.
This is a full time (38 hours per week), permanent position at our Joondalup centre. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday between the hours of 6:30am to 6:15pm.

If successful, you will need to possess a satisfactory National Police Clearance obtained within six months and current WA Working with Children's Check.
