Ngadju Native Title Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC (NNTAC) is the Prescribed Body Corporate that holds the native title rights and interests on trust for the Ngadju People. The Ngadju People’s native title rights and interests were recognised by the Federal Court of Australia in 2014 and 2017 (Ngadju Determination).
As a Prescribed Body Corporate, NNTAC is responsible ensuring that the Ngadju People’s native title rights and interests are effectively maintained, protected and managed. A core role in achieving these aims is the negotiation and implementation of mining and other land access agreements.
The Native Title and Land Access Assistant plays a key role within NNTAC assisting the CEO and the Native Title and Land Access Manager with the management of future acts and land access matters and ensuring that NNTAC are able to effectively comply with and administer all Ngadju native title agreements.
The Native Title and Land Access Assistant is responsible for the management and tracking of future acts matters, negotiation of all expedited procedure matters and implementation and compliance of NNTAC native title agreements. They will also work closely within the Native Title and Land Access Manager in relation to the negotiation of mining and other major land access agreements.
$85,000 to $100,000 dependent on qualifications and experience. Salary Sacrifice options available.
