Please submit your application with the following documents:
- Resume
- Cover letter outlining your NDIS/community services experience
- Copies of relevant qualifications, such as Diploma or Certificate IV in Community Services, Social Work, Welfare or related field
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check and Working with Children Check, if available
- First Aid and CPR certificate, if available
- Valid driver licence and details of your availability for shifts, including weekends or public holidays
- Contact details of at least two professional referees
Shortlisted applicants may be asked to provide further documents before interview.
