As our Learning & Development Manager, you'll shape and deliver innovative training programs that empower OOSH educators and managers. • Oversee our LMS platforms and grow our digital training offerings
  • Lead and support a small team of trainers and contractors
  • Ensure training aligns with RTO compliance and adult learning principles
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to respond to sector needs
  • Report on training impact and sector capacity-building outcomes

What you’ll bring

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
  • Experience delivering adult education, ideally in an RTO setting
  • Knowledge of the education or community sector (OOSH experience a plus)
  • Strong digital capability using LMS platforms like GoTo or Job Ready
  • A values-driven approach and excellent communication skills

Why join us?

  • Be part of a small, committed team working for real community impact
  • Flexible work options in a hybrid-friendly environment
  • Lead meaningful, sector-specific training aligned with social justice
