We are looking for individuals with a passion for social justice and a drive to support people using a coaching model of self-determination and self-efficacy to assist people to reach their goals. A can-do attitude and the ability to support people through partnerships and a collaborative approach is essential.
As a Community Rehabilitation and Support Worker (CRSW), you will provide tailored rehabilitation and support to people living with complex mental health needs, collaborating with their community of friends, family, clinical case managers and community services to support recovery. You will be supported through regular practice reflection, comprehensive training and development.
The successful applicant will demonstrate integrity, credibility and commitment to Neami values; adapt and respond well to change; foster and maintain respectful, professional relationships with consumers, staff and organisations; have strong communication and facilitation skills; and good aptitude for problem solving and time management.
